If you have never tried boxing training before, it’s easy to get started. Our fully qualified team of instructors will guide you through the early stages gradually building up your specific fitness levels and boxing skills.
We have all the equipment to get you started.
At Holyrood gymnasium, we strive to identify your own specific aims and goals from physical exercise. By doing so we can employ, though the medium of boxing training principles, a routine of exercise suited to you as an individual.
We have a wide range of classes available from beginners to intermediate through to advanced.
Just participating will bring immediate benefit to your ‘cardio-vascular efficiency’, ‘arm leg and core strength’, ‘local muscular endurance’ and ‘agility/mobility’. At the same time you will be practicing and learning the sweet science and improving your boxing skills and elements of self defence.
