ABOUT BOX ’N BURN
Box ’N Burn is THE premiere boxing & fitness facility in Los Angeles! To workout at Box ’N Burn California’s #1 Boxing Gym, you don’t need to have boxed in the past to be great at our gym. We’ll help you reach your fitness goals. Box ‘N Burn classes are high intensity, non contact. You’ll do all the punching, and we’ll teach you how to throw them correctly. At Box ‘N Burn we take pride in being the most approachable gym in the area. Just stop by and say hello, I’m sure you’ll feel as home here as you do in your living room. Our clients can find great results, and have a lot of fun in a comfortable environment.
You get multiple top notch world class trainers in each class, that will really work with you on your level. Trainers will guide you through each class which means we provide a 2:1 ratio during segments of your training. It does not matter if it is your first time ever to be in a gym or you are an Olympic athlete.
Box ’N Burn is an elite level boxing & fitness training program designed & structured by Box ‘N Burn owners Tony Jeffries (Olympic medalist, & undefeated professional boxer) and Kevan Watson, Boxing fitness expert for all levels.
Box ‘N Burn Sessions consist of:

~ Cool down/stretching
We guarantee you will walk away with a unique experience and a workout unable to be matched by any other bootcamp in LA. Burn upwards of 1,000 calories per session. Box ‘N Burn is ideal for weight loss, strength training, conditioning and work capacity, as well as explosiveness and agility. Remember all fitness levels are welcomed!
REGISTERING FOR CLASS
Registering for your first class and future classes is easy! The easiest way is to visit our website at http://www.boxnburn.com/, select a convenient location at either our Santa Monica or Brentwood and sign up to register for a class. Alternatively you can download our Box ‘N Burn app on your iPhone or Android, create a login and signup for the class you want. Just be sure to show up 10-15 minutes early so we can wrap your hands and explain the class structure to you.
PARKING IS FREE
Parking is easy, at our Santa Monica location free parking is available around the north side and back (west side) of the building. Please only park in spaces with the “BNB” parking signs before 5:30PM. At our Brentwood location the building has a parking structure with valet parking. Bring your ticket to class and we will validate it for you (2 HOURS FREE). We include a tip so you don’t have to pay anything.
SIMPLE STRESS FREE MEMBERSHIP
Our Membership policy couldn’t be simpler! There are NO contracts and NO registration or enrollment fees. We offer a variety of memberships ranging from unlimited monthly access for open gym to our gyms and equipment; unlimited monthly class memberships which also includes open gym hours; class packages if you don’t want to commit to a monthly; all designed to fit your specific needs and budget. Premium memberships are good for both locations. Specific pricing is available here.
Private sessions are available with our trainers. Rates vary depending on the trainer you are paired with. You can visit our website, call us or come in for more details so you can get started today.
Yes. In order to keep the quality of the classes high and maintain a healthy trainer-to-member ratio, we have capped each location. Santa Monica is capped at 30 members and Brentwood is capped at 24 members.
For your first class we will provide wraps and gloves, after your first class it is recommended to purchase your own wraps and gloves which we also sell at a great price. Otherwise you can rent wraps and gloves for a nominal fee.
Also if you sign up for a monthly membership – you get a new pair of wraps valued at $10.
Our classes are non-contact and you work one-on-one with a certified trainer.
ARE YOU UNDER 18?
This is no problem as long as your older than 14. A parent or guardian must be present to sign a waiver.

Muscles, Anaerobic v Aerobic
Performed correctly, boxing training will effectively work & develop the majority of muscles in the entire body. Due to the large amount of continuous bodyweight movement during a training session, muscular and cardiovascular endurance is a natural by product of boxing. Correct footwork & technique are essential to making sure the entire body (arms, shoulder, core, legs) is engaged during training.
CANCELLING A CLASS
We know things happen, so If you sign up for a class and can’t make it, don’t worry! You have a 12-hour window to cancel. If you don’t cancel in time, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee (for unlimited members) or lose a class (3-pack/5-pack members).
